modify existing budget

Hi Nicholas,

please always cc gnucash-user.

I just tried it again:
The already saved budgets always display the full account tree.
I added an account -> the account showed up in the saved budget
I deleted the account -> the account was gone from the budget
The account type (Income, Expense, etc.) does not matter.

Using GnuCash 2.6.2
