Transaction details

I have just switched from Quicken to GnuCash. The switch was remarkebly easy.
I have posted my first transactions and so far so good. However I noted one
detail where I am not sure I am doing it correctly. Example:
GnuCash
Account name: Current Account
Description: Walmart
Transfer: Household Expenses

Quicken
Account name: Current Account
Payee: Walmart
Category: Household Expenses
Memo:

What I miss is a memo field to say, for example: wine and food. I am used to
annotate my transactions and I do not understand how to do that.
