Can't import QFX txns before certain date

The OFX importer looks at each transaction and only imports transactions
that it has not seen before.  If you want to re-import a given
transaction you would need to delete the originally imported transaction
(good luck finding it if it was matched to the wrong existing
transaction the first time) or edit the OFX file to change the unique
transaction identifier for that transaction to a different, yet still
unique transaction identifier that you expect your bank will never use
in the future.

As far as I know, there is no way to see these unique transaction
identifiers in the register display, but GnuCash remembers them anyway.

If you are lucky and notice an error right after an import, you could
start from a backup of your data file and import again.  That is why I
make it a habit to save just before importing.
