Report on one bank account

Apologies if this has been answered before, but a search didn't show
anything helpful.

I want to create a report that shows the expenditure from (only) one bank
account, by category, ideally with subtotals per category.

The Cash Flow report is close as that allows me to select only one bank
account, but it lacks the subtotals. Is there a way of doing this?
