There was an error parsing the file file:///Users/meagan2/Desktop/Dropbox/Seattle/budgets/gnucash/All RIse LLC_2013.gnucash.

I'm a very basic level user of gnu cash. Seems a similar problem has been reported multiple times but I don't even understand the solutions that are suggested. I have "document" files with different dates (all result in the same message) and "log" reports that open but I'm not sure what they are. 

I am happy to send a file to some one who can help fix it.
