Attaching Receipts to Transactions

I am currently learning GnuCash so that I can set up a set of books for 
my parents.  (I might actually change to it myself.)  I currently use 
Quicken 2014 Home and Business.  In the Quicken version that I have, you 
can scan in your receipts and attach them to their transaction.  Is it 
possible to do this in GnuCash?  If so, where do I get the instructions 
for this function?
