Announcement: Windows 2.6.4 Re-released. 2014-10-10

Geert,

Thanks for all your hard work on Gnucash.  Just as a matter of interest it
seems the exe size has jumped back up to over 100 Mb after being about
71-79 Mb since 2.4.14 ?

I'll install the new version when it becomes available and let you know it
works for me via email later today then.
