Announcement: Windows 2.6.4 Re-released. 2014-10-10

Geert,

Seems the build has finished so I have downloaded and installed
gnucash-2.6.4-setup.exe 2014-10-11 21:15 from
http://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/releases/ which seems to have cured
the unreadable characters issue on Windows.
