I am on GnuCash 2.6.3 under Windows 7

I installed it only a few days ago.

The *Edit Exchange Rates > Fetch Rates *button is greyed out.

Everything is done for you by running the "Install Online Price 
Retrieval" command. You can find this in the Windows start menu under 
the GnuCash group.

There is a GnuCash group, but it is empty except for shortcuts to the 
account files (xxx.gnucash).

I also tried the v2.5 and under solution (installing ActiveState perl) 
but Install *Online Price Retrieval* didn't appear there either.

Ideas?
