Windows Theme - gtk2_prefs.exe

That's kind of the point. I didn't want a specific 'theme' - I wanted to
GnuCash to look the same as other Windows apps. Now, in GnuCash the way to
do that was to apply the MS-Windows theme, but for some reason that appeared
to be removed, and also the selector crashed (which now turns out to be
caused by the metal theme). I didn't know how to get it back, but I worked
it out. Hopefully my experience might help others.
