Cool! Your reply was sent to me only but the reply-to header still pointed at gnucash-user so 
in the end the message ended up here after all...

Anyway, I intended to ask you this also: did it get fixed by running check & repair in gnucash 
2.6.6 ?
And you don't see the segfault anymore ?
