Won't save and can't access file

You have somehow saved your accounts file in your programs folder
instead of your documents folder.  Open Gnucash and, assuming it opens
your accounts file ok, then click File > Save As navigate to your My
Documents folder and save it in there, preferably in a subfolder
called accounts, or whatever takes your fancy (which you will have to
create, I don't use Windows but I think there will be a Create Folder
button in the save dialog, navigate to My Documents first though).
