Have a look at Ofxget
http://www.ofxhome.com/index.php/home/ofxget
I haven't used it, but it seems to have activity on its websites. If it
doesn't support your bank there is a web form to input the information
so they can extend it.
It's a BSD licence so you could change it yourself, of course.
