I don't think that there is an official way to to do that.

Depending on whether you need perfect information, it may be possible to 
open one of the files with the Android GnuCash ap, then 'export' it in 
QIF format and import it into the other file.  You will lose some 
information, but that might be close enough.
Warning: I have not tried that.  Be sure to try it with copies of the 
real files first.
