Translation of tax forms

Hi,

I'm not sure exactly where to place the translations. I followed the
wiki procedure for the website, but still have no answer from de devel
list. Maybe the file got striped?
Should I open a bug with an attachment?
Anyway, here is a link with all the translations so far. If anyone on
the list wants to use them:
Gnucash UI and Website pt_PT Translations

About the txf.scm file, I compared it with the DE file. If I'm not
mistaken, those F1040, N256, etc. represent codes from a real paper
form!?!

Any sections referring companies, partnerships, corporations should be
left out of my report. This is because companies, here, have a totally
different way of accounting. So DE file is probably the one I should
use, no?

Now the cry for help. For example, this is part of our tax form, where
we insert family salaries:

This is part of a sheet of paper named Anexo A
Field 401 is where I should declare my (Sujeito passivo A) gross salary.
Sujeito passivo B would be for the spouse's salary, the others for
children or other dependents.

Would this be correct for Sujeito passivo A?

    (cons 'AnA401A #(parent "W-2" "Salary or wages, self" 1 #t
"Salary" ((1993 "1") (1990 "10"))))

AnA stands for Anexo A, 401 is the number of the field, and A stands for
Sujeito passivo A.
"Salary or wages, self" and "Salary" will be translated, of course. And
what does "W-2" 1993"1" and 1990"10" mean?

Sorry for troubling, but there is not much explained on the wiki. Maybe
there's another page to visit?

Thank you in advance.
Pedro.
