Can't delete Imbalance account

So do I.  In fact, the only time I get these accounts is when I hit
enter instead of tab or tab too many times.  Gnucash lets me create
new accounts on the fly when I need to, so I don't need the Imbalance
& Orphan accounts.

As I've said before, I'd prefer an option to disable them in manually
entered transactions (I can see why they are necessary for automatic
ones with formulas) and simply not let me leave a transaction
unbalanced.
