Win OS reinstall looses Program files including logs - GCM file found

When you first saved your accounts file it would have opened up a
browser window to allow you to specify a name and where to save it.
It may be that, on Windows, it defaults to Program Files and that you
just accepted it without noticing.

At any time you can change where it is by using File > Save As and
selecting where you want to put it.  The log and backup files will go
in the same folder as the accounts file.
