In the desktop shortcut Properties, you can specify the default folder in
the 'Start In' field. It should be possible to set this in the installer.
The path to the Documents folder, for example, is stored in
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders" under "Personal". You need registry access though. Some discussion
