​Thanks!  the tool displayed a bunch of date codes, one after another.  I
soon recognized what was wrong.  Somehow the date range of transactions was
in 2015, not December 2014.  I went back to the bank web site and set up to
download the December 2014 date range.  Long story shortened, now I'm
good.  I don't know why it didn't work right before.
