Gnucash 2.6.3 (Windows 8.1 french) budget does not show expenses

Interesting!  I also see zeros across the page in the expenses line of
the budget summary in release 2.6.5 for Windows running in Windows 7. 
The summary totals are also missing the expenses each month.  There are
numbers in the expense totals of the main section, although they are
greyed out.  The Income numbers are also greyed out in the main section,
but they are correctly repeated in the summary. 

I would say that you found a bug.

I wonder if it works correctly in Linux or OSX?
