Gnucash 2.6.3 (Windows 8.1 french) budget does not show expenses

Since my previous response I was able to review the budget feature in
release 2.6.3 for Linux in Ubuntu 12.04.  The subtotals for expenses
across the bottom are missing from that version as well.

I filed a bug report *Bug 742352*
<https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=742352> -Budget Summary
section does not show expense totals.
