I have to agree with Jill here. Your response was WAY over the top. jcardattempted to direct you to resources, and when you requested further assistance, he suggested that you locate more directed help. I will grant you that the second point he made was brusque, and perhaps a bit rude; however, YOU are the one who pushed this into obscene recommendations.

By the way, the dialog only involved jcard, as far as I can see; there were no “other folk.”
