problem with getting Finance::Quote

Hi John:
   I recently purchased a pc with Window 8.  I downloaded gnucash 2.6.4 built from git rev 79bdcf1+ on 2014-10-11
I then download Strawberry Perl (5.16.3.1-64 bit).  I then tried to run the "Install Online Quote Retrieval" script from GnuCash, and I got following errors
You need to install the following Perl modules:      Finance::Quote
Use your system's package manager to install them,      or run gnc-fq-update as root
Can you show me how to resolve the above error?
