How can I add Account Codes and Descriptions of the Accounts to the Profit and Loss sheet?

I think the OP’s problem is in getting the Account Codes and Descriptions into the P&L, not the accounts themselves into the P&L.

Editing the account names by preceding them with the account numbers might work (e.g. change “Royal Bank of Scotland” to “1010 Royal Bank of Scotland”).
