Can't help much here, as I don't know macs or SCM. (Making the edits to the
SCM file was an experiment for me.  Another reason I didn't want to replace
my original!)   Reading the trace, the ERROR lines near bottom suggest to
me that something has happened to the budget.scm file.  Did you edit or
replace the original?  Or maybe the original file and the new report SCM
file are both there and define themselves in the same way?  Grasping at
straws here...
