This is where other people (myself for example) that don't have the same
problem as yourself or anyone else think about other people's problems
and try to make sense of the bigger picture.

We have an immediate test in D's file showing a bigger, more obvious,
time disconnect, your's is more subtle.
It may be that they have nothing to do with each other but any good
triage specialist *must* say "consider these together" just as a doctor
should say, "hmmmn, the spots on those two children look similar even
though they are 1000 km apart".

If no person notices two instances of gnc ignoring time information from
the OS then it will slip away. It may be co-incidence, of course.
