Finance::Quote, Perl, Strawberry Perl

Hello,

I have downloaded Perl and Strawberry Perl and I still get the error message that Finance::Quote is not installed properly.

Is there a simple fix?  I am using a windows computer with Windows 7 Home Premium and Service Pack 1 on it.  I have looked at the FAQs and other internet fixes and I do not understand them.

Also, when I get done setting up the accounts I want to make another identical set of accounts that I edit.  I thought I saw there was an easy way to copy all the accounts to another business all at once.  What is the procedure or where did I read how to duplicate the set of accounts?
