GnuCash Crashes on Mac

[Halifax Sci-Tech Expo]

I've installed GnuCash (2.6.6) on my MacBook Air running OS X 10.10.2).

I run GnuCash on a PC laptop and on a iMac... both with no problems.

The account I manage on the PC works great.  I've copied the files and
moved them to the MacBook Air.

GnuCash opens fine and the records all appear to be fine, however as soon
as I put the cursor in the next empty line, it crashes.

Any help/thoughts would be appreciated.
