That is correct. So far you can only pay invoices from one customer at the time. You'll have
to insert two separate payments. If you like them to appear as one in your bank account,
you can pay the invoices to an intermediary account and make a manual transaction from
there to the bank account.
I'm surprised your customer can pay invoices from different companies from one bank
account. In Belgium each company needs to have its own bank accounts.
