Deleting large numbers of trx

Hi,

I would like to pass my GnuCash data file to a friend as an example. But he
doensn't need to know everything about my financials, so I would like to
delete the most recent two years of trx. Is that somehow possible with
manually doing so? We are talking about a large number of trx and accounts
involved.
