Account Structure for a Medical / Physician / Primary Care Office

Thank you for the advice and direction.

At this time, I'm in the planning stage of opening a medical practice
startup on a shoestring.
If someone has a proven Chart of Accounts in the group, that would likely
be the most cost efficient for me at this time.
