How to delete a bill or invoice

You can also 'recycle' it. That is the next time you want to create a 
new invoice (manually, not via import), you can take this incorrect 
invoice and modify it to your needs.

You can alter everything on an unposted invoice, including the customer 
so you can even reuse the incorrect invoice for a completely different 
customer.

Of course this is only useful if you still create invoices manually from 
time to time.
