Can't schedule transaction

I see a list of my scheduled transaction on the scheduled transaction editor, even past the scheduled date, the transaction are not recorded in my ledge.
When I open the since last run, it show “there are no schedule transaction to be entered at this time.
It shouldn’t be that hard, why I can’t get it to work?
