Can't schedule transaction

It sounds to me you're doing everything right in terms of creating a
scheduled transaction but you may have checked/unchecked a field here or
there not knowing what it does.

When you're looking at the SX editor can you confirm that your
transaction is enabled? It should have a 'check mark' in the second
column. Also, what's listed as the 'Next Occur/Last Occur' date for
your transaction.
Is it possible that your transaction did get created but not in the
account you'd expected?

Maybe you want to create a test transaction to be created daily and
check what it's doing from one day to the next?
