Use File > Save As to save the file to a USB stick or similar then on
the new machine use File > Open to open it, then File > Save As to
save it to whichever folder you like on the new machine.  Or you can
use any method to copy the .gnucash file to an appropriate folder on
the new machine and use File > Open in gnucash to open it.

If you have any saved reports then there is a little more to do to get
them across but I will assume that is not the case for the moment.
