Reconcile Mutual Fund and Subaccounts

I have a question for which I believe I know the answer, but I wanted to check with the list first.

Specifically, if I have a brokerage account with multiple mutual fund holdings entered as sub accounts (one fund per sub account), is it possible to use the “Reconcile Subaccounts” option? My initial attempts using this didn’t work; the different account denominations prevented the balances from matching up. 

Before I go further into trying to make this work, is it even possible? 

And if it is, how exactly am I supposed to make it work, since each account is denominated by a different mutual fund?
