New gnucash file; error parsing

Hello,

Today I migrated from Quicken on Windows (32-bit Vista) to GnuCash 2.6.1 on
Ubuntu (64-bit) by importing the necessary QIF files. All seemed to work
out rather well, but after closing GnuCash and re-opening an error was
thrown reporting that GnuCash could not parse my main file. The following
lines were added to the trace file:

* 22:32:54  WARN <gnc.backend.dbi> [gnc_module_init_backend_dbi()] No DBD
drivers found
* 22:32:57 WARN <gnc.python> Unable to initialize Python module (unable to
open /usr/share/gnucash/python/init.py)
* 22:32:58  WARN <gnc.io> [valid_commodity()] Invalid commodity: 0 fraction
* 22:32:58  WARN <gnc.io> [gnc_commodity_end_handler()] Invalid commodity
parsed
* 22:33:03  WARN <gnc.backend> [gnc_xml_be_load_from_file()] Syntax error in
Xml

Would anyone be able to suggest how I might begin to resolve these warnings?

Thanks,
Terry
