Bills and VAT (where did the VAT go?)

I'm struggling with VAT on an invoice I created. Vat was charged at 20% but I
want that Vat figure to go into a VAT account it's gone nowhere in GnuCash as
all and just does not show up.

How do I make the Vat on an invoice go into another account? Really it should
ofset the vat account
