How to add transaction reference number column in imported OFX file

Jitu,

One of my credit card providers does put that number into a description
line that GnuCash finds and includes in the imported transaction.  Since
most providers do not do that, a user would have to be willing to edit
the OFX file manually to copy that number into a description line if he
wanted to see it.  That is too much work for me.
