How to add transaction reference number column in imported OFX file

Thanks for the input but is there any way to show Transaction reference in
different column as there is some other softwares which shows this as
different column.

Secondly when importing OFX file in GNUcash, description is repeated in two
columns - one under "Description" column and other under "Memo" column. so
is there any setting to see only one column for description instead of
having duplicate columns.
