OFX File not displaying most transactions on import

Hi David

Thanks for the reply - the issue does appear to be that my bank (SunCorp)
starts each download with an FITD of 1 while GnuCash needs it be unique for
every transaction (or at least for an OFX import to work correctly).

Where is the FITD number in the OFX file stored in GnuCash - there is a num
column but it typically is blank or 0 for my transactions (all mostly
imported by CSV of OFX) 

As a short term fix I will use a replace all <FITID> with <FITID>nnnn to add
a file number and make the FITID unique for each download.
