OFX File not displaying most transactions on import

The OFX importer detects transactions that have been imported previously
and it will not import them again. That is probably what you are seeing.
The FITID is the key and it must be unique for each transaction.

If, in fact, you do want to import a certain transaction again because of
an error, you would need to change the FITID to a different value.

It is strange that your FI assigned duplicate numbers.
