But I read there are many dependencies to deal with. And I'm running
Mint 17.,2/Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty.
I don't understand all that real well, but I found:
http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/ppa/getdeb_apps?dist=trusty
Which says to run:
wget -q -O - http://archive.getdeb.net/getdeb-archive.key | sudo apt-key add -
sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu trusty-getdeb apps" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
then:
apt-get install 1:2.6.8-1~getdeb1
?
I have the source too.
I don't quite get what this means/what's the difference:
"*Latest version:* 1:2.6.8-1~getdeb2~vivid"
from:
http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/package/getdeb_apps/vivid/apps/getdeb/gnucash
