Importing into stock type gnucash accounts...

Your line "LAssets:Investments:Stock" is probably wrong.  The "L" is the
"far account", not the "current account".  In QIF, the "Current Account"
is assumed.  So this transaction, as stated, would create a transaction
from the "Current Account" (which I presume *IS*
Assets:Investments:Stock) to.... Assets:Investments:Stock.

I'm not sure what the 'U' line is; I don't see that in the qif parser.

But... most likely you want to change the L line.

Nope, you don't need to do that if you only have transactions for a
single account.
