Dividend received in cash - not showing up in Advanced Portfolio Income column

In order for the cash dividend to be properly attributed to the pertinent
security, it needs to be "linked" to that security by an additional split
added to the cash dividend transaction. For example, for a cash dividend
into my "Assets:Brokerage" account that is generated by my
"Income:Dividends:Security" account, I add a zero share transaction in my
"Assets:Investments:Security" account. In the end, transaction has the
following contents:

Assets:Brokerage -> Deposit of $100
Assets Investments:Security -> No entries in any columns
Income:Dividends:Security -> Withdrawal of $100

By doing this, the Advanced Portfolio Report can associate the cash dividend
to the security. Otherwise, it has no way of knowing that this income is due
to that stock, bond, or whatever.
