32 bit gnucash won't open in pclos

And for the record: gnucash 2.6.x does not require guile 2.0. Guile 1.6 support was dropped for 
gnucash 2.6.x. It should however build just fine with guile 1.8 (possibly we defaulted to guile 
2.0 if available, but it should be overridable). The windows build is still on guile 1.8 for that 
matter so we have interest in keeping support for it.
