crash when approving scheduled transactions since last run

The only thing that might be helpful would be to look at the ONG SX (scheduled transaction) back in time to see if you can determine when it was corrupted and thereby remember circumstances in which that might have happened. It's a long shot and unlikely to be worth the effort, I think.
