crash when approving scheduled transactions since last run

That is odd.  For this gnucash file I believe I had already switched to 
16.04 before that time on the machine on which I usually run gnucash. 
The server which has the gnucash file had a clean reload on 22 May.  The 
other machine that accesses the file somewhat regularly was a Win 7 and 
is now a Win 10.  The Windows machine doesn't access the file much.

Infrequently a Mac accesses the file but hasn't done any changes to the 
file. I don't remember when that was updated last.

Sorry, there is no event that stands out in my mind in gnucash, on the 
machines or network around that time or since.  If I remember something 
I'll post it.

Looking back at my history the oldest gnucash file I have is 15 July.  
My backups may have a file back to the June 23 I can check if I have any 
that old if that will help.
