Reports Showing All Zeros

Hello,

PC: Win7 SP1 64-bit
GnuCash: 2.6.13

I just entered several transactions in my first GnuCash file. When I run
reports the proper accounts are displayed, but their amounts are all zeros.

Cash flow as an example shows the correct accounts--GnuCash knows that they
have changes, but displays all of the accounts as having zero amount
changes, which is incorrect.

Please advise.
