All Scheduled Transaction Disappear

I don't use the MySQL DB store, so I cannot say whether that part is
relevant.

Can you inventory the systems you use that access the DB and state what
operating systems and what versions of GnuCash they are running? Some
particular version of GnuCash may have a known bug with scheduled
transactions, so that's the first thing to look at, and if so, you would
want to upgrade that system for sure.

How long has it been since you backed up the data? You may want to preserve
whatever backups you have until you get this sorted out.

You might also make a new full backup (be sure to include your current DB
files as well as any relevant logs on the "client" systems) before you look
to see if any other data is missing on your systems.
